Payment by check or money order through the US Mail
If you prefer the more traditional method of payment by check or money order
just download the order form indicated below, print and complete the
form and mail with payment. ESI Web Design handles all of our mail payments so
make your check payable to ESI Web Design and mail to ESI Web Design, PO Box
1108, Greenville, Ohio 45331. As soon as we receive your order we will ship
you a CD-Rom containing your graphics. Please allow 10-14 days (after receipt
of your order) for delivery.
